In her role as an adjunct professor, Mary Margaret teaches graduate-level courses in OD and HR, both on-campus and on-line. Mary Margaret believes that not just the students are learning, but so is she. Teaching keeps her skills up to date and drives her to stay current on the best practices and latest developments in the field.

Britton Lui
Consultant

Britt earned a Master's in Human Resource Development & Organizational Learning from St. John Fisher College. He maintains both his certifications as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and HRCI's Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Britt is an accomplished HR professional with 20 years of substantial experience across all HR specialties. He has a proven track record of success as a top HR executive in successful high-culture businesses.

Passionate about developing future leaders, Britt facilitated a mentoring program for current, seasoned, and new Human Resource professionals. Recently he has turned over the reins of this program to accept a volunteer position on the National HR Association Board of Directors as VP of Technology.

Britt also passes his knowledge and experience on to graduate-level students in his role as an adjunct professor in Human Resources.

Yuri Lavrynenko
Consultant

In 2004 Yuri earned an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.

He uses his talents to do what he enjoys most as a successful entrepreneur. Yuri serves as the Principal of YLS Soccer, which he founded in 2005. His company, Yuri Lavrynenko Soccer (YLS), specializes in academies, individual training, team sessions, and camps, as well as clinics for youth soccer players in the Western, NY area. YLS continues to flourish in this very competitive market, thanks to Yuri's leadership and management.

In addition to his success with his business YLS, Yuri opened FC Dynamo ROC, a soccer club in Webster NY, in 2015. Both businesses continue to have great success under his leadership.

Yuri has utilized his degree and hands-on experience to help educate others, serving as an adjunct professor at St. John Fisher College.

His experience in finance, marketing, and the creation of lasting and successful startups makes Yuri a strong business leader we are proud to have on our team.
